How Remote Support with Beam2Support works


Starting a Remote Support session takes less than a minute.


1. The customer calls the helpdesk.

2. The helpdesk manager starts a Beam2Support session, automatically obtains a session ID from the Beam2Support server, and informs the customer of the session ID number.

3. The customer runs the connection program from a website and enters the session ID when prompted. No installation or configuration required.

4. The connection for the Remote Support is established and the customer’s computer screen is then transmitted. The helpdesk manager can start resolving the problem.
